Led the development and global launch of a premium paint collection, working closely with a chemist to formulate 154 colours across 4 finishes. Oversaw every stage of product development, from tin and packaging design to the production of paint cards and fan decks.

Created impactful in-store materials including colour walls, counter-top displays, and fixtures and fittings to support retail experience and customer engagement across global stockists.

In 2019 I conceived, developed and launched the Earth Tones range - a curated palette of 28 shades that became a commercial standout, outperforming previous collections and remaining a bestseller. The range drove significant growth in sales, and supported customer acquisition across new and existing markets.
